§ 1 Participation and costs/fees
1. The booking of a street-safari tour has to be carried out on our website, where a booking is legally binding.
2. The cost of booking a street-safari is shown clearly for each safari on the website.
§ 2 Payment of the booking fee
1. The booking fee is either paid immediately via paypal, startcode or voucher or in the case of bank transfer transferred within 7 days.
§ 3 Cancellation provisions
1. The registration and the payment of the booking fee is a legally binding commitment. If someone does not want to carry out his chosen street safari, the booking can be revoked within 14 days without giving reasons in any form (eg by letter, e -mail). The withdrawal by email must be sent to:

§ 4 Non-warranty clause
The organizer is liable only for gross negligence, unless life, body or health of the participant is affected
§ 5 Data privacy
1. Confidential data of our participants, which we receive to properly perform a booked street-safari will be treated in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and will not be passed to third parties.
2. If data on the networks of third parties are transferred, we assume no responsibility for mistakes, changes or loss of information and data security.
